Ana is a powerful leader, speaker, and entrepreneur devoted to helping others rise in truth, purpose, and impact. A single mother of three with a master’s degree in education from Mount Mary University, she has built a life defined by resilience, reinvention, and a deep commitment to creating meaningful change.
As Co-Founder of The FoundHer Elite Society, Ana helps create intentional spaces where high-achieving women can gather in authenticity, sisterhood, and aligned collaboration. She is passionate about bringing women together in environments that feel both empowering and transformative, where connection, growth, and purpose can flourish.
Ana is also the founder of AV Leadership Consulting, a PR firm that helps influencers and entrepreneurs expand their visibility, monetize their brands, and step into greater impact. In addition, she founded Guided Healers Network, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting survivors of human trafficking and children in need.
As an author and speaker, Ana brings depth, courage, and bold conviction to everything she creates. Her presence is powerful, her story is inspiring, and her work continues to uplift others to live more fully, authentically, and unapologetically.
Gigi Rodrigue, Co-Founder
Gigi is a visionary connector, community builder, and Founder of Love Meets Amore, a successful matchmaking agency devoted to helping people find meaningful, lasting love. Her work goes far beyond introductions, blending psychology, sociology, spirituality, and relational wisdom to help people connect more deeply with themselves and others.
Over the past decade, Gigi has traveled the world and studied authentic relating and tantra throughout Southeast Asia, deepening her understanding of presence, intimacy, and nervous system regulation. These experiences have shaped her unique approach to creating spaces that feel both transformative and deeply human.
As Co-Founder of The FoundHer Elite, Gigi brings that same depth and intention into a refined community for high-achieving women to connect, collaborate, explore spirituality, and rise together. She is passionate about creating elevated experiences rooted in sisterhood, growth, and meaningful connection.
Janelle Rodriguez, Content Manager
Janelle is a storyteller, community builder, and advocate devoted to helping others embrace their uniqueness and feel confident in the skin they are in. As the creator of BeautifullySpotted, she has built an empowering platform centered on self-love, authenticity, and celebrating differences.
A leader in the psoriasis awareness space, Janelle has collaborated with major brands on campaigns rooted in confidence, empowerment, and self-acceptance, with work that has reached millions. With a degree in Psychology and two years living in Bali, she brings a unique blend of emotional depth, spirituality, and creativity to everything she creates.
As Content Manager of The FoundHer Elite, Janelle helps shape the voice and content of the brand, creating inspiring, intentional touchpoints that support the community’s mission of connection, growth, and sisterhood.
